For 30 days (November 1-30, 2017), I walked from my house through my South Minneapolis neighborhood, through Farmstead Park, through the Lyndale Park Peace Garden, to Roberts Bird Sanctuary, then to Lake Harriet. I returned home by way of the shore of Lake Harriet (North Beach), and then through the Rose Garden, straight up the sledding hill at Farmstead again, and home.
I watched what I saw. I listened to my mind. I brought no electronic devices. When I got home I drew a picture. I posted the drawing daily on Instagram. I was surprised by how I loved doing this. It became essential. Now I'm sharing the drawings in this gallery. I'd like to show the originals somewhere, framed, so people could see. Do you have a connection? Let me know!
